Blessed Mamas Boutique Return & Refund Policy

At Blessed Mamas Boutique, every item is handmade and/or customized with care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Custom & Personalized Orders:

Custom and personalized orders are created specifically for you. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun. Please double-check all personalization details, sizing, colors, and design selections before placing your order.

Refunds:

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Blessed Mamas Boutique. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review each situation individually and work to find a fair resolution when appropriate.

Refunds will not be issued for: 

*Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

*Incorrect sizing, personalization, or preferences provided by the customer.

*Normal variations in handmade items, including slight color, scent, or design differences.

*Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

*Shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
